What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and working families through Zoom

Explain available supplemental benefit programs clearly and professionally

Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions

Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication

Provide guidance throughout the application and post-enrollment process

Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership development calls
