Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to understand each client’s needs
Clearly explain supplemental benefit options and guide clients through enrollment
Maintain accurate digital records and timely follow-up communication
Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive and seamless client experience
Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and regular training
