Member Support Advisor
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our fully remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this position, you will help clients understand and access benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and long-term security.
All client consultations are pre-scheduled—no cold calling or outreach required. With structured training and ongoing mentorship, this opportunity offers a clear path toward a flexible and purpose-driven career.
What You’ll Do
Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Explain benefit options and guide clients through enrollment
Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communication
Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships
Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Confident using video conferencing and digital tools
Service-oriented with a client-first mindset
Experience in customer-facing or consultative roles preferred
Requirements
