AO Globe Life, a fully remote and mission-driven company, is hiring Work From Home Client Success Specialists to support individuals and families across the U.S. This role is ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, or for anyone who enjoys a people-centered, service-first career. With hands-on training, inbound client leads, and structured mentorship, you’ll have the foundation to grow a long-term career from home.

Your Day-to-Day
- Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Take part in continued mentorship and team development
- Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
- Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
- Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up

What We're Looking For
- Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
- A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
- Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
- Customer service background helpful but not required
- A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
