Customer Service Focused Position

This is not a cold-calling sales role. You will meet with pre-scheduled clients who have requested information, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and confident in their decisions.

What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations focused on understanding each client’s needs
Clearly explain supplemental benefit options in a way that builds trust and confidence
Guide clients through enrollment while creating a seamless, supportive experience
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure timely follow-up communication
Provide ongoing client support and relationship management
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development sessions
