You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit options, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs
Provide clear guidance on available benefit options and assist with enrollment
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Deliver professional, client-focused service and build strong relationships
Participate in ongoing training, development sessions, and team meetings
