What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
Walk clients through available coverage and supplemental benefit options
Answer questions and guide individuals through enrollment and onboarding steps
Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication
Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the process
