Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Connect with clients through scheduled virtual consultations using Zoom
Learn to assess each client’s unique needs and financial protection goals
Present tailored benefit solutions in a clear and professional manner
Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and professional development programs
