What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

Understand client needs and explain available benefit options

Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process

Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication

Provide high-quality client support and build lasting relationships

Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
