Client Services Manager

You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available options while delivering a high level of client service.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Listening carefully to client needs and helping identify appropriate benefit options
Explaining available coverage and guiding clients through the enrollment process
Maintaining organized digital records of client interactions and documentation
Providing follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience
Participating in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support team success
This role requires professionalism, strong time management, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
