AO Globe Life is growing and seeking motivated professionals to join our fully remote, mission-driven team. This opportunity is well suited for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications—or for anyone who thrives in a people-first, service-focused environment.

Comprehensive training, pre-qualified client consultations, and structured mentorship are provided so you can succeed from anywhere in the United States while building a meaningful career with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
Provide responsive, client-focused service throughout the consultation process
Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training
Build strong, long-term client relationships while developing professional skills

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
Confident presenting information in virtual meetings
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and digital tools
Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam and reliable internet connection
