Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to assess benefit needs
Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation
Support clients with policy updates, claims assistance, and post-enrollment service
Participate in team meetings, mentorship programs, and leadership development sessions
