AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to assist families nationwide in accessing essential supplemental benefit programs—all from home. This purpose-driven, remote-first role is designed to provide professional growth, long-term earning potential, and meaningful client impact.

All client appointments are pre-scheduled. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

Host scheduled virtual consultations to understand each client’s needs
Guide clients through available benefit options and enrollment with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up communication
Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development sessions
