Key Responsibilities
Host scheduled virtual consultations to understand each client’s needs
Guide clients through available benefit options and enrollment with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up communication
Deliver high-quality service and build lasting client relationships
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team development sessions
