AO Globe Life is expanding and hiring professionals to serve credit union members who are already connected with our organization and seeking guidance on available benefit programs. This fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, professional development, and the ability to help individuals and families understand coverage options that support their financial security.

Comprehensive training and licensing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning a new career or building on existing client service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide individuals and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development
