In this position, you’ll help clients understand and access benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and long-term security.

This opportunity offers structured training, ongoing mentorship, and long-term growth in a flexible remote environment. You’ll work with individuals who have already requested additional information about available benefits and want to learn whether they may qualify for coverage.

What You’ll Do

Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom

Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally

Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions along the way

Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication

Provide ongoing support for policy updates and client service needs

Build long-term relationships through professionalism, consistency, and follow-through

Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and development sessions
