As a Remote Account Representative, you’ll connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. Your role is to reach out, schedule virtual consultations, and guide clients through their coverage options in a professional and supportive environment.

This position offers the opportunity to build valuable communication and client service skills while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Understand client needs and provide guidance on available coverage options
Explain benefits clearly, answer questions, and assist with enrollment
Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
Participate in team calls, training sessions, and professional development meetings
Collaborate with teammates to share strategies and support team growth
