What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients virtually using Zoom

  • Review their needs and explain available programs

  • Help guide clients through the enrollment process

  • Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups

  • Participate in team training and development sessions

  • Collaborate with your team and share best practices
