We provide hands-on training, consistent mentorship, and pre-qualified client appointments—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and building meaningful professional experience from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-up communication
Deliver high-quality customer service and build lasting client relationships
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a flexible schedule
Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital collaboration tools
Motivated by service-driven work and helping others
Prior experience in customer service or client relations preferred (not required)
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam
