Pay Range: $90,000–$120,000/year
Bonus: 3% Equity | Performance Bonuses (Monthly + Quarterly)

Duties Include:

Hosting scheduled Zoom appointments
Discussing and advising on benefit options
Processing enrollments
Managing digital records and follow-ups
Collaborating with team and attending training

Required Skills:

Strong communicator with video call confidence
Self-motivated and organized
U.S. work authorization and Windows-based device with webcam
