All client consultations are scheduled in advance with individuals who have requested information. There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or prospecting required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients nationwide via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
Participate in weekly team calls, training sessions, and professional development programs
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve performance goals
