AO Globe Life is hiring motivated professionals to work with credit union members who are already connected with our organization and seeking guidance on supplemental benefits. This fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, professional growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families protect their financial futures.

Client appointments are pre-scheduled and requested—there is no cold calling or prospecting required.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members via Zoom
Assess individual needs and clearly explain available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain organized digital documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in ongoing team training, mentorship programs, and professional development
