Client Growth Manager

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.
Key Duties
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations via Zoom
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options clearly and professionally
Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
Provide support to clients after enrollment as needed
