Client interest is provided—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options

  • Support clients throughout the enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation

  • Provide ongoing service and timely follow-up communication
