What the Role Involves

Hosting virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Educating individuals and families on personalized supplemental benefit options
Guiding clients through enrollment with professionalism and clarity
Keeping digital documentation accurate and following up consistently
Delivering consistently high-quality, client-first service
Growing through mentorship, training, and professional development
Nurturing long-term relationships with clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and independent
Comfortable with virtual meetings and digital tools
Driven by helping others and being part of a mission-driven team
Customer service or consultative experience helpful, not required
