Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Explain available benefit options and guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and provide follow-up communication
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Confident using digital tools and video conferencing platforms
Service-oriented mindset and desire to help others
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based computer or laptop with a working webcam
