Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Assess client needs and provide guidance on appropriate benefit options
Assist individuals and families through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs
