AO Globe Life is hiring motivated, service-driven professionals to begin their careers as Remote Benefits Consultants. This fully remote opportunity allows recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain real-world client experience, develop business skills, and grow within a structured, mentorship-focused environment.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing support, and a clear development path.

This role centers on client education, relationship-building, and long-term service—not cold calling or outbound prospecting. All appointments are pre-scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with clients via Zoom
Listen to client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly
Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Provide follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development sessions

Ideal Candidate Profile

Recent college graduate or early-career professional
Strong communicator who is confident in virtual conversations
Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Able to navigate Zoom and basic digital platforms
