AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families nationwide to help them understand and access important supplemental benefit programs.

We provide comprehensive training, structured mentorship, and inbound client appointments—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service in a fully remote environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Clearly explain available benefit options and guide clients through the enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up communication

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships

  • Participate in regular training sessions and professional development programs


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently

  • Confident using digital platforms and virtual meeting tools

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Windows-based computer with webcam access
