We provide hands-on training, pre-qualified client appointments, and structured mentorship designed to help you succeed while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through personalized coverage options and the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and organized digital records of client interactions
Deliver excellent service and timely follow-up to support client satisfaction
Participate in regular team training, development programs, and mentorship sessions
Build long-term client relationships that support both their needs and your professional growth

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Confident using video communication platforms and digital tools
Passion for helping others and contributing to purpose-driven work
Customer service, sales, or client support experience is helpful but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
