What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet with clients virtually using Zoom

  • Walk individuals and families through available programs

  • Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance

  • Support clients through the process and follow-up communication

  • Maintain simple digital records and documentation

  • Participate in training and skill development sessions
