All client consultations are scheduled in advance with individuals who have already requested information. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
Collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals and share best practices
