Compensation: $90,000–$120,000/year

AO Globe Life is hiring service-focused professionals to support working families with life and supplemental benefit programs. This is a full-time, commission-based position designed for individuals who value relationship-building, client education, and long-term service—not transactional sales.
You will meet virtually with clients who have already requested information, providing clear guidance, thoughtful recommendations, and continued support throughout their coverage experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients who have requested benefit information
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options
Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and attention to detail
Provide ongoing service, policy support, and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Collaborate within a remote, team-oriented environment focused on client success
