Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand benefit needs
Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support
Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
