Summary:
AO Globe Life is expanding and looking for recent college graduates to start their careers in client consulting and support. We hire for attitude and train for everything else. This position allows you to learn, grow, and build a future—all from home.

Job Functions:

• Meet virtually with clients

• Recommend benefit options based on needs

• Maintain compliance and follow-up documentation

• Attend training, mentorship, and team calls

Compensation:

• $90,000–$120,000/year potential

• Weekly commission payouts

• Long-term vested renewals

• Paid training and leadership tracks

Minimum Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Access to a Windows-based PC with internet and webcam
