With structured training, inbound client interest, and ongoing mentorship, you'll have everything you need to grow a meaningful career from anywhere in the U.S.

What You'll Do

Hold virtual client consultations over Zoom
Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
Provide attentive, client-first service
Take part in continued mentorship and team development
Build lasting client relationships

What You Bring

Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam
