In This Role, You Will

Conduct client consultations virtually through Zoom
Help families and individuals understand their supplemental benefit options
Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally
Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
Keep client satisfaction and service quality front and center
Participate in team training, mentorship, and career development
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients

You're a Good Fit If You Have

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A self-motivated, organized approach to independent work
Comfort using digital tools and meeting virtually
A passion for helping people and supporting a mission-focused team
Consultative or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Authorization to work in the United States
A reliable internet connection and Windows laptop/PC with webcam
