Responsibilities
Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage options
Educate clients on policy details and guide them through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
Collaborate with teammates and participate in weekly training and development sessions
