All consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required.

Responsibilities

  • Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage options

  • Educate clients on policy details and guide them through the enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records

  • Collaborate with teammates and participate in weekly training and development sessions
