Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to understand each client’s needs
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options with clarity and professionalism
Support clients throughout the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Provide timely follow-up and high-quality client service
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team meetings
