AO Globe Life is seeking mission-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through structured virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build meaningful careers while making a positive impact.

Whether you are a veteran, a military spouse, or someone passionate about supporting those who have served, our organization provides the training, mentorship, and systems needed to help you succeed in a flexible and growth-oriented environment.

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with veterans and families who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Explain available supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
Assist clients with policy updates, questions, and ongoing support
Participate in team development sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership workshops
