We provide structured mentorship, training, and warm leads from individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs—allowing you to focus on building meaningful client relationships while developing valuable career skills.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
Support clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
Deliver excellent client service and build lasting relationships
Participate in weekly mentorship sessions and professional development meetings

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools
Passion for service and helping others
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is helpful but not required

Requirements
