AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our growing remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access essential benefit programs while building strong relationships and providing dependable service.

This fully remote position offers structured training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations. There is no cold outreach or door-to-door sales involved. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working independently, this role provides a meaningful path to build a long-term career from home.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
Maintain organized digital records and manage follow-up communication
Deliver excellent client service while building long-term relationships
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings for continued development

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools

Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required
