In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who requested additional information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide families through their available options with professionalism and care.

Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom

Maintain accurate digital records using secure cloud-based systems

Build strong client relationships through consistency and responsive service

Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship calls, and professional development programs
