Whether you are a recent graduate in business, marketing, or communications—or simply seeking a people-focused career with long-term growth—this opportunity offers a strong starting point. With paid training, structured mentorship, and pre-qualified client consultations, you will have the support needed to succeed from the beginning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate and organized digital documentation
Provide responsive client support and follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings
Build long-term relationships through consistent, client-focused service

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and self-motivated while working independently
Comfortable presenting information during virtual meetings
Familiar with video conferencing and basic digital tools
Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam
