Remote Veteran Benefits Coordinator
We are hiring compassionate, service-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through virtual benefit consultations. This fully remote opportunity allows you to continue serving others while building long-term professional growth in a structured, supportive environment.
In this role, you’ll connect with veterans and families who requested additional information about available benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their options with professionalism and care.
There is no cold calling, door-to-door outreach, or unsolicited prospecting.

What You’ll Be Doing
Contact individuals who requested information about available benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
Review supplemental benefit options with veterans and their families
Guide clients through enrollment with clarity, professionalism, and care
Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
Provide responsive support throughout the client experience
Participate in team coaching sessions, mentorship calls, and professional development programs
Build strong client relationships through consistency and trust
