Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate benefit options
Support individuals and families throughout the enrollment and post-enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training sessions, team development meetings, and coaching calls
