What You’ll Do

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process step-by-step
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
  • Provide high-quality client service while building long-term relationships
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development meetings
  • Deliver ongoing support to ensure a positive and professional client experience
