Walk individuals and families through personalized benefit options

Explain coverage clearly and answer questions with confidence

Guide clients through enrollment step-by-step

Maintain accurate digital records and stay organized

Provide consistent follow-up and ongoing client support

Participate in weekly training, coaching, and mentorship sessions
