Overview

AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote, mission-driven team and hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to help families and individuals across the U.S. access essential benefit programs.

This position is an excellent opportunity for recent or soon-to-be graduates with degrees in business, marketing, communications, or for anyone who thrives in a people-focused, service-driven environment. We provide hands-on training, pre-qualified leads, and a structured mentorship program to help you succeed—all while working from anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.

• Guide clients through personalized benefit options and enrollment.

• Maintain accurate and organized client records.

• Provide exceptional client support throughout the process.

• Participate in mentorship, training, and team development sessions.

• Build long-term client relationships that support both professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

• Confident speaking on video and skilled with digital tools and virtual platforms.

• Passionate about helping others and contributing to a greater mission.

• Experience in customer service, client advising, or consultative roles is preferred but not required.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam.
