Whether you are a recent graduate in business, marketing, or communications—or simply seeking a people-focused career with long-term growth—this opportunity provides a strong foundation to begin building your future. With hands-on training, structured mentorship, and pre-qualified client consultations, you will be supported from day one while working from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Deliver excellent client service and responsive follow-up communication
Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
Build strong client relationships that support long-term success

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
Confident presenting information during virtual meetings
Familiarity with video conferencing and digital tools
Motivated by purpose-driven work and helping others
Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam capability
