AO Globe Life is actively hiring professionals to join our fully remote team as Remote Client Benefits Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers while maintaining flexibility and making a meaningful impact helping families access important supplemental benefits.

All client appointments are scheduled in advance with individuals who have requested information. There is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach required. If you are ready to move beyond the traditional 9-to-5 structure and join a mission-driven team focused on growth and service, this opportunity may be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend personalized supplemental benefit solutions
Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within internal systems
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service and follow-up
Participate in team meetings, weekly training sessions, and ongoing professional development
